I built a 20x30 shop with a 12x30 lean to on the side.I went with Carolina Carports and its exactly what I was looking for.Mine is on a concrete slab with fiber in it instead of rebar. The concrete was $105/yd and I paid a guy to form it up.I think that was a dollar a foot and he supplied the boards and nails. The area where I put it is not level so it took some fill and a little more cocnrete. My building has one entry door under the lean to and a 9ft by 9ft rool up door.I went with plain ol beige panels and a galavalume roof. The walls are 9 ft and 11 at the pak of the roof.I have right at 10K in the whole thing.
