That is my whole point. Work is done by 3, who why the frick do I have to sit here till 5?? I'm not an hourly employee, I'm salaried. Its bull.

You could just tell them this.

Better make sure you have all your work done though.

Salary= expected to work longer.

Hourly= hurry up and get off the clock!

Spend a total of 2-3 hours on TD throughout the work day. Spread it out all day so you are "busy" all day
