Get the Planter's ones, not nearly as salty. Or just put them in a cup and rinse the salt off first.
I did quit dipping years ago, cold turkey. Woke up one day and just tossed the skoal in the garbage and said frickit! Was rough for a couple of days but wouldn't even consider a dip now.
