frick 3 hours on the phone. Being on the phone is on my top 5 hate list. I just got a new credit card and it stopped working after I activated it. Rather than call the bank I just stuck it in the back of my wallet and now it doesn't exist anymore.

I think I hung up twice because I got a foreign person on the phone. Just didn't feel like dealing with it.
