Was just on the fark board and noticed this. I wonder if this has anything to do with that lawsuit cause of a photo?

What is the explanation and ruling on this shite?
I´ve got a ton of image links, yet a notorious douche on a certain board just fopped a perfectly good photo on there, and it took.
