Idk. I know I wouldn't send my dog to most public schools there. Most are like a war zone. Very sad to see. I think there is a lot of racial tension, moreso than in NO. And beyond the racial issue, there's a lot of struggle between the haves and the have nots. But that seems to be everywhere now.
