Vision can be improved. Lateral quickness isn't necessarily needed. Adrian Peterson lacks lateral quickness.

Good comparison and the player Fournette most physically resembles.

And it's not even vision that LF needs to work on... He has fine vision.
He needs to work on being a patient runner more than anything and let his OL set up the blocks for him. He was so used to just going wherever he wanted to in high school. Now he can't do that and needs to just be more patient and allow his OL to get to their blocks. It'll be a lot easier for him.
He did a much better job of that during the back end of the season.
And having some type of passing attack would help as well. Obviously.
