Teams with DEFINITELY a better resume than Oregon since the beginning of the BCS to the first playoff championship:
Alabama
LSU
Florida
Auburn
Oklahoma
USC
Ohio State
Texas
Florida State
I don't think any of those 9 are debatable.
If Oregon wins tonight, I could see an argument that you put them ahead of Texas up to 9. Maybe ahead USC depending on how you feel about vacated titles.
I have them ahead of Miami because Oregon has a more consistent body of work.
