If you read the whole story of Hector in The Iliad he's the most tragic.

I think the dragonhorn binds dragons to the bloodline of the blower, how else could it be worth the price? It fits with what we know of the Targ/dragon relationship. I really don't like the idea of Theon as a dragonrider but he's a strong darkhorse imo.
