Well is rh hooked up? You also have to go up and check the wiring on the unit

Yes, I think the breaker was the only problem with no power. I checked the wiring where it is spliced coming out of the unit. RH to G and RH to Y1 show 26 volts. RH to W1 doesn't get anything.
