Bottom line: you had the bad luck to be hit by someone with crap insurance, but that is better than no insurance. If you want to go to court and tell the judge about how humiliated you were to drive a Yugo for a week instead of your tricked out Daiwoo, he may award you something extra, especially if you bring in some Twitter or Facebook posts making fun of you for the hoopty.
