Hawgndodge, I have no experience with the explorers but at work I'm the only Toyota parked in a sea of F150's w/ the eco boost. They're bad arse no doubt about that but idt that the bugs are quite worked out. Several guys have been back and forth for repairs and warranty work. I'm not talking it down one bit, they're awsome trucks and a lot nicer than my Tundra. If I were to buy one today, I'd go with the limited. I'm in no way saying that I'm a car guru! Just passing on what I've watched coworkers go through.
