Its a open market for most coaches right now and we don't have a opening for DC as of today. So they won't consider the job here until there is a opening. If CSP on the other hand is waiting for a coach that is still in the playoffs to hire I doubt he's able to even talk to them and all the while stringing along Rob while DC positions are filled around the league?
Doesn't sound like the way CSP does business to me

They are waiting on rob Ryan to land a gig a take him so they will not look so bad by firing another coornator .
