hes confirming his replacement options, i thought we went over this already. The lack of confirmation of Rob's job status is quite evident at this point.

Since when has Payton been the type to wait and see. This administration has always been one of those that if they were going to terminate/cut someone they did it as soon as they made the decision to give that coach/player that best opportunity to catch on somewhere else.

My feeling is that all coaching terminations/decisions have been made.

Its a open market for most coaches right now and we don't have a opening for DC as of today. So they won't consider the job here until there is a opening. If CSP on the other hand is waiting for a coach that is still in the playoffs to hire I doubt he's able to even talk to them and all the while stringing along Rob while DC positions are filled around the league?
Doesn't sound like the way CSP does business to me
