He's a guy that can legitimately make plays downfield. He would allow Cameron to implement his desired offense and, if nothing else, force Harris/Jennings to compete at the desired level vs. only against each other.
Even as a #3 option, it makes sense to bring him in.

That kind of production, he could give up 2 picks a game and we'd still roll most of our schedule.
