Yeah, it does. Sheesh.

How? A great hire isn't gonna field a defense ranked higher in the SEC than we were this year. Even with the best defense we lost 5 freaking games. Until offense improves, defense can't make this team any better.

Are you stuck on stupid? If I'm not mistaken, I believe we had statically the best offense in LSU history just last year. I'm pretty sure defense mattered against UGA, I'm pretty sure it mattered against Bama, I'm pretty sure it mattered against Ole Miss.

Your dumbass can say all you want, but against a worse Ole Miss team, we gave up over 500 yards and 27 points. Don't start with the bull about Mett throwing 3 first half ints. Jennings threw two ints in the 2nd half and we fumbled the ball twice in the first half, and we STILL held a better team to 7 points and 313 yards.

UGA is self-explanatory

Bama, We were neck and neck with them til midway through the third quarter. The defense gave up and they went on to score 3 TDs in the final quarter and a half. So why all of a sudden with an even better offense this year, that they only put up 315 yards, but then we let them drive all the way down to the end to kick a FG? It was over once it went to OT.

We know we need better offense, but I feel great because our leading rusher is a true freshman, 3 of our top four receivers are either true freshman or redshirt freshman, and our best QB is a true freshman. I know we'll be alright one way or another on offense. The big worry is getting a top DC so he can come in and ride out this recruiting year and start fast and early on next year's ridiculous Louisiana defensive class.
