I don't see the return for the 1.3M this guy makes. He needs to produce or hit the bricks. Miles needs coaches not friends at this point

i can agree , that he needs to produce .... but we all knew it would be an offensive that struggled this year ... we came into the season as bare at the skilled positions than we ever been ....

and i think he did a bad job with the qbs , but after two seasons he had one really good year and one poor year ...

i see people posting that he had success his first year because of the talent we had .... well you should expect it to be a drop off with all the new starters this year ...

if he fails this next season then we have problems ...

sure

but the problem is the brandon harris factor. that situation was obviously completely mishandled. for a very highly paid OC, that's inexcusable

on top of it, our #1 rival hires a new OC and has its own offensive turnover, and the new OC turns a former RB into a better QB than our all-star QB from 2013. he makes less money than our OC, too. why can't we do that?

that's basically what this thread is about

there are no excuses next year. you have an upperclassmen in AJ or a super talented 2nd year guy in BH

new starters is the nature of college football. Teams deal with that year in year out. No reason for the bottom to fall out.

wasn't so great and even if you really do believe that it was, big deal. Who couldn't make an offense look good with experienced NFL talent, most of it NFL super star talent, at every skill position on offense.

we have problems now but lets give him a chance to make changes, get with the program, and produce something that opposing defenses fear. He's going to have a lot to work with next year. No more excuses.
