Just FYI, the 1-year extension to Chavis' contract was only executed by LSU and does not extend his $1M buy-out. It only extends the school's intent to honor the terms. That's why the new contract is already being pushed. Otherwise, they would handle it in the offseason.
That being said, I'm sure he is just angling for more $$.

link? when I've seen him speak about it, he's said it'd have to be the right gig. he's not just jumping at anything.
