Not being a wise arse but it really is as simple as not picking up the glass/can/cig/straw/pipe or whatever your poison of choice is. Some people like to use meetings as a crutch some use doctors some the church, either way until YOU decide to stop and stop the simple act of using nothing will change no matter where you go or what you try.
