Or maybe he wants more money??? Maybe the contract was not what he or agent wanted. It's called negotiations. What is Cam making next season, $1.6? I'm sure Chavis is saying that he deserves more and he does. So maybe he isn't signing it and waiting on a new deal for more money?
I think that is a better guess than your Miles to Mich idea.
