As others have alluded to, it's not going to happen. But our personnel is actually not bad for it. That's assuming Valentine can actually get on the field and live up to the hype. Outside of him there's no one on the roster who can play the nose so without him there would be no 3-4. But godchaux could definitely be an end in a 3-4. Herron is DE-DT tweener who would be suited for a 3-4 end. Deondre Clark is a 3-4 OLB at the next level. With Kwon (hopefully), beckwith, Clifton garret and others you have a lot of athletic options in the middle. And then think about the possibility of D. Hunter still being around as well as the versatility of Adams. Whether it be the 3-4 or not, LSU should be able to do A LOT of exotic things on defense next season considering how well our coverage should be on the outside.
