There is a difference between a top job and a top program. For example. Oregon is a top 5 program but its not realy a top 5 job because of its lack of top prospects in state. A programs history has an effect on whether its a top 5 program. Just because you win 12 games two years in a row doesn't make you a top 5 program.
Lsu lost 4 games in 2000,3 games in 2001, 5 games in 2002,1 game in 2003, and 3 games in 2004. Thats not a top 5 program. If a program wins 10 games in back to back years but its the only time theyve won 10 games in 30 years. That matters

LSU lost 5 games in 2008,4 games in 2009,2 games in 2010, 1 game in 2011,3 in 2012,3 in 2013,and a possible 5 in 2014..THAT IS NOT a top 5 program..........

So you don't think Oregon is a top 5 job now but you think it is a top program based on it's outstanding history?
