Is this show any good? How does it compare with Breaking Bad?

I think it's better.
ETA: I liked Breaking Bad a lot, but the wire is my favorite. And it's on HBO, so they can get away with more.

There's usually a regular argument around these parts that it's a GOAT type series. I love it.
