If you honestly believe that the creation of the world, and the creation of all living things can be summed up in one chapter of one book then I guess you can call that a science book. However, you'd be ignoring 63.95 other books in the Bible and you would have a mentality that is over 500 years out of date. The Bible is not a science book, only atheists and extremists make it out to be.
