Maybe the scene was not secure because people were converging on the site and throwing fire crackers at gas pumps.
Maybe you are prejudiced to adopt any negative narrative that is proposed.

Dude wtf I asked a simple question, calm down. Ambulance could have gotten there way before the crowds appeared i think. I don't know what really happened, just trying to get a clear understanding
