Why isn't it a feliny for cops to completely lie about what they saw? Falsely arrested and charged with felony violent crimes. Straight up lied in his police report. They are ruining lives just for the frick of it and what is done to them?

How can you trust his testimony in all previous felony prosecutions?

Also, what happened to the guy's cell phone footage?

Brpd has some scum bags. I had my nose broken by one. But of course they got the officer out of there and wouldn't give me his name or badge number. My brother was also shaken down for protection money. I wanted to go to IA, but one cop mentioned you have to be careful because other officers would find out and may not help you if you really need it.
