As novel as the game is, I get bored with it pretty quickly.
I've played through both Portal games quite a bit, so I guess that's my answer.

I would vote for the Civilization games as having great replayability. Each play-through can vary wildly depending on the map, the civilization you've chosen, the opposing civilizations, and the win condition you are going for.

8-10 hours is a lifetime to me
Several endings in 8 hours is replay able to me. 3-4 endings in 200 hours.... Eh
