I think it depends on where he ends up.
Cooper is every bit as talented as OBJ if not more so. If he ends up with a veteran quarterback then he'll be a force next season. Most people don't really understand what makes Cooper so good. You look at him, he doesn't look very big, he doesn't look very fast...so you think, what makes this guy so good?
Well he's pretty big. He's pretty fast. He's the smoothest route runner to come out in a decade. He can absolutely have that kind of impact next year.
