Jarvis is a great example. Has consistently run 4.6 to 4.7 his entire life, and will be a finalist for rookie of the year, he returns punts in the NFL, etc. What matters is how you play in pads, bottom line.

I dont understand how so many GMs frick this up. I think it has to do with alot of them not ever playing sports maybe. It is so easy if you played to know how hard it is to actually run 100% full speed during a sport. You are thinking about where to go and what to do so going all out is hard. That is why a straight sprint with nothing on your mind is worthless
