He hates cats. He hates anything bigger than him. He hates my sister's yorkie. He hates joggers. He hates everything. He's so unsocial. I take him to the dog park and he just wants to sit in my (or whoever's lap) but wants nothing to do with other dogs. I don't know how many times a week I apologize for him and say "He's a rescue"

He's family though and I love him. Just wish I could find some other ways to get him more socialized.
