If failure is rated by not winning Big 10 Titles and major bowls, i would say chance of failure (assuming he stays more than 5 years) is 10%..
If failure is rated by not winning National Championships, i would put it 99.9%...he had better NFL teams and did not get it done. Hell Michigan has won what since the 70s? Don't give me 98 crap either...they would have been steam rolled by Osbourne Huskers by at 25...look what they did to both UTs...
