But he was right. He just came off poorly posting a to everyone who said Michigan wouldn't pay that money.
Everyone knows they have the ability to pay that much...the issue was that the academic side would scoff at the notion.
Of course, this might just be a play by Harbaugh to get himself higher pay in the NFL.

I'm just scared at the precedent that this sets if true. The end result will be increasing ticket prices, even beyond the rate that they're increasing right now.
