Some of them do a lot of good, if they bring an actual skill-doctor/nurses, drilling wells for clean drinking water, etc. If they're just going to harangue people, not so much. There are very few places on earth that are truly "unreached." The Catholic church is already in a lot of these places, but of course that doesn't count to a lot of these groups.
