I'm pretty sure that's not the case. It is in a different state and I have to travel to interview so that's the main reason they are being so accomodating I think. That and it seems this in person interview will seal it. Scheduled for Dec. 23. Hoping Santa brings me a job this year.

Keep that in mind in a couple of years, when they ask you to fly to/from a client visit on Christmas Eve.
