It's funny you bring this up because I was talking to the local pro shop owner and he told me that golf has lost 30 million golfers in the past 6 years or so. He claims golf lost an entire generation due to other sports like gay arse soccer.

Considering how fat and obese our country is (most especially the southern parts of our country), you should probably be on board for the promotion of soccer since it actually involves intense cardio and exercise. Golf on the other hand....not as much. Golf isnt void of it, but I would say 95% of golfers cart it up on the course any time they play drinking beer along the way.
