I haven't read any responses to your post about money being an issue for Michigan, but I went to the Michigan vs ND game in the Big House, and nary an advertisement can be found.
Not one.
They really care about incoming and outgoing, and are very capable of affording, just not willing.

Thats funny. Lots of the complaints over the Brandon era was the amount of advertisements everywhere.
