I'm not trying to say the miles apologists are lunatics. I've just seen how great of a recruiter miles is and it translates to 3-4 losses. Could you imagine if we got the same talent as arkansas? The stubbornness of Les has really caused the program to become stagnant.

I almost agree but I fear that our program is content more than stagnant. I hate to mention the gumps again but I can't think of a better example. Saban hiring Lane was a complete shock. I couldn't believe that he did it. Looking back, Saban made a decision to turn the offense over to a guy that actually knows more than he does about play calling and offensive schemes. Look how that turned out.
The stubbornness of Les has many people questioning if he has it in him to put the team before himself. I have a hard time believing that Cam made the majority of the offensive decisions. We knew that we had a good OL and RB's. The key personnel questions were all centered on the passing game. We had a window of opportunity (9.6, 9.13, & 9.27) to emphasize the passing development of one or both QB's but someone chose not to.
Les is good at finding and retaining good assistant coaches. He should let them do what they do best. I don't think that we've seen an offense which is completely controlled by Cam. I'd like to see that.
Les should make the "coin flip" decisions like going for it on 4th and less than 1 on the opponents 35. Fake punts and kicks should be Les decisions. He's got the balls for that stuff. Timeo...never mind, we actually need another coach designated as the "timeout guy". He's also a good representative of our school as far as his integrity, character, morality, etc. I'd say that I wish he'd work on his presentation skills but I've gotten used to his goofiness and bad use of grammar.

Dude, I had a little discussion yesterday along these same lines, and these young fellows tried to set me on fire. If you don't think miles is the best coach in America, then you hate LSU, just like these idiots posted on here. Well, lunatics like you said, instead of idiots. Maybe they should watch a game or 2 not involving the Tigers, and see if there is any noticeable difference in coaching
