It depends on what you are saying. The U will never have sustained success ever again because of the lack of facilities/support. But they are sitting in the middle of a mother lode of talent. So they will have isolated years here and there where the stars align and they can make a run.

You could easily throw schools like Notre Dame,Penn State, Michigan, and Texas to that list if you considered Tenn to be a powerhouse.
