So let me get this straight. It isn't a good idea to switch a guy position right before he goes into the most competitive talented leagues hes ever played in?

admittedly, I didnt watch a single second of vaccaro in college. Did he play like this or was he a more traditional safety role.

I did watch a bunch of videos of white when we drafted him and i had high hopes. He has a ton of highlights of him coming down field on the ball; since he was a safety. Maybe it's a good idea?

Vacarro has never played the traditional safety role much. He even made a comment about it this past week. He was basically Texas's version of TM7. White never played safety in college, scouts felt he would be a better safety in NFL than a CB. I like White at safety, he is physical and aggressive, also he will be constantly looking at the QB, he struggles in man coverage and can't turn around to locate the ball from CB position. At safety, he won't be in those positions as much except for man coverage on a TE or RB, which he will be a decent matchup with. I guess we will see.
