I, unlike most of these other fools, enjoy pumpkin beers. However, I've never really paired them with food. I think the only time was with a pumpkin cheesecake I made last year for Thanksgiving. Baw that was good!
I would stay away from spicy foods. Go with something heavier.
Beef stew. Steak. Potato au gratin. Cake. Idk.

I feel like pumpkin beers go better with dessert or as a standalone after dinner drink. Call me crazy but for some reason I feel like I could maybe drink a pumpkin beer with Indian food. Crown Valleys Imperial pumpkin smash is my personal favorite. Try it if you get a chance.
