That is so stupid. This country is going in the shitter.
Eta- All you can eat fish fries are very common in Wisconsin and almost always are they beer battered. Leave this man alone.

Oh it was beer battered. He just didn't tell the officer that it was fried first then chased with a beer. That beer just battered that fish in his belly. lol.
