I've used this stuff too with great results. Likewise, the crest white strips worked well too, but do cause some pain like nurse said. One time I discovered a front cavity by using white strips. Talk about pain if that shite touches a cavity or anything in need of medical attention.
Keep in mind none of these solutions are permanent (for me, being a coffee drinker doesn't help).

While I am sure your results with this whitening product were good, that light does absolutely nothing to enhance the results. Several dental studies conducted on light enhances teeth whitening have shown no benefit to the light.
There are lots of bogus claims of using common household products to whiten teeth, but none are tested in clinical studies. I even saw a program with that esteemed MD, Dr Oz demonstrating the use of a paste of baking soda and strawberries applied with a toothbrush to whiten teeth. It doesn't make sense to me to weaken your enamel with an acid and then scrub them with an abrasive.
In my office, I practically give away whitening trays to patients that get their teeth cleaned two times a year in my office. It doesn't make sense to waste your time and effort on unproven whitening products that may cause harm to your teeth and gums.

Update:
Broke, that shite is a freaking miracle worker.
Just after 1 use I noticed a huge difference.
Used the crest strips for a week, wasn't really worth it IMHO.
