Based on the OP I assumed you knew nothing about ARs. Since no upper, monolithic or not, has any wiggle I assumed that your comment, "which is why it interests me so much. There will be no wiggle.it's one piece" meant you thought the "wiggle" that was mentioned pertained to the upper. I was simply trying to clarify to an AR novice that the "wiggle" in ARs was between the upper and lower mating.
The one piece upper has better heat dissipation, less assembly time and is a one piece forged unit. I figured there might be some wiggle in other multi piece uppers.

I hate to continue to drag this out but the heat dissipation advantage is probably negligible if it even exist. One piece or 50 pieces..its all 7075 Aluminum. As for assemly your trading screwing in a rail for trying to time a barrel nut with a special wrench and limited range of motion. Also, Aero's C.O.P. system is not truly one piece, the bottom rail is another piece. Lastly, it looks like the M4E1 you mentioned getting doesn't use the C.O.P system and is not a "monolithic" variant. Instead it uses a seekins barrel nut and Aero rail...a typical free float "multi piece" set up.
