Anyone live in this neighborhood and can tell me what the yearly landscaping budget is for the neighborhood. Need it for a comparison for the neighborhood I live in. Appreciate it. Also if you can list the amenities. I think I remember the hoa fees being $800 in another thread.

$900 HOA. Club house, pool, tennis courts, batting cage in construction.
HOA same as University Club, so I moved there to be Les Miles neighbor instead.

Homeowners ALWAYS feel screwed by the landscaping cost. Lexington switched landscape companies last year after a lot of hell raising by the homeowners. They saved a few thousand a year, but still in the same $70K ballpark (I don't have the exact $). Guess what? Homeowners are still raising hell about the landscaping cost.
As far as amenities, there really aren't any to speak of yet unless you count the stocked lakes. The biggest expenses are security and landscaping. The clubhouse is under construction, but that will require a separate membership for Lexington Estates & required membership for Lexington Park. There's also a baseball field under construction.
