At no point did he say that. According to him, JJ Watt's growth is unnatural and was probably done with steroids. Not everybody's body reacts the same way to steroids, not everyone has the frame to fill out as well as JJ taking steroids, and not everybody who takes steroids takes the same amount of kind.
Steroids don't increase every single human's size by 40 pounds, their 40 by .2, and their bench press by 150 pounds.
