It will probably be as inaccurate as the portable breahtalyzers used by police officers today.
The margin of error on the machines used today are a problem, states don't always mandate the use of the most current technology, the creators of the machines rely on contracts from government agencies so I don't necessarily trust their specs on the models, and the officers hardly ever calibrate the machines or store them properly.
But, yeah, whatever. Sounds great.
