Ha. I only use overnight if it is a beer emergency. I normally use FedEx Express Saver, which gets delivered on the 3rd business day.
OP, like the others said, don't worry about keeping them cold.

Hold on fellas. Don't shoot from the hip. I think this needs to be tested. Just send me two shipments. One that is wrapped in gel packs and shipped over night and one that is sent via ground. I will be able to tell if there is any excess degradation and post my findings and we can settle this once and for all.
