Don't overnight them. It will be expensive as frick and not necessary. Only OT ballers like Kim Jong Ir have beer shipped overnight.
If the beers are going up north, pay attention to the timing and how cold it will get during the travel. You don't want to have a box sit in a warehouse over the weekend during single digit temps.

Ha. I only use overnight if it is a beer emergency. I normally use FedEx Express Saver, which gets delivered on the 3rd business day.
OP, like the others said, don't worry about keeping them cold.
