Sign up an injured worker, not a back sprain but someone that's lost a limb, had a cement mixer dropped on them offshore and they are paralyzed from the waist down, had a logging chain rip their hand off, etc.
You will get to see the real underside of big business, the part where they don't give two shits about people once they cant make them money anymore.
That's what OSHA and worker's comp are for.

If they are a socialist, social democrat, liberal, or anti-corporation it's an easy mindset.
Unions are hated in this country by conservatives because they actually fear workers organizing and challenging capitalism. The idea that the people who labor should get a greater share of profits is hated by conservatives.
