Id say both...

To add on those points, the view that the company is the "bad guy". However, if you look at the amount of money the unions actually make, they are as bad if not worse than the companies that the people work from.

Union organizers are fricking thieves or suck off of the people they claim to be helping.

I'm wiling to bet unions have broken more companies than companies have broken unions. And I'm a former union member.
